SHIPPING (GENERAL): All shipments made in the USA are generally completed the same or following day after your payment is received and processed. There are times (due to weekends, holidays, vacations, etc…) that we cannot keep this schedule. If you absolutely must have an item(s) by a certain date, please contact us prior to purchasing it. Occasionally an item may be out of stock, in which case we will drop-ship the item from the manufacturer direct to you. SHIPPING SERVICES AVAILABLE: Normal-shipping service for small packages is done via USPS Media Mail or USPS First Class Mail. Larger packages may be shipped via UPS Ground services or USPS Priority Mail. We do offer shipping via UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air services if requested. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION/TRACKING: Delivery confirmation is provided as a free service for all shipments made via USPS. For UPS shipments, delivery tracking is provided. SHIPPING TO APO/FPO AND INTERNATIONAL (EXCEPT CANADA): We proudly ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing an item. International and APO/FPO may take longer due to the extra paperwork involved with customs and hand delivering the package(s) to the proper shipper when necessary. SHIPPING TO CANADA: Shipments to Canada are generally made via USPS services. We are not responsible for any customs, fees, or taxes that may be incurred. SALES TAX: Any item being shipped to a Florida address is subject to a 6% sales tax rate. RETURNS: For all returns or exchanges, please contact us for return authorization prior to sending items. We will gladly accept returns if you change your mind or ordered a wrong item(s). Return and/or exchange of merchandise must take place within 7 days of your receipt of the item(s). All merchandise being returned must be in original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc… Modtech, Inc. reserves the right to decline any return/exchange request if the product is not in resalable condition. Returns are to be freight pre-paid and shipped to the address listed in the ‘CONTACT INFORMATION’ above. Returns are subject to a 10% ($3.00 minimum) re-stocking fee. Shipping and handling charge are non-refundable. WARRANTY: Unless otherwise stated, all of our products are new and are covered under a manufacturers warranty (normally one year). Although it is rare, if you do find that you need assistance, all warranty and technical issues must be directed to the contact information above. |
